Elli got to spend some time with her cousin last weekend so I thought I would show some fun pics of how they've grown. They are not even a week apart in age.

Three years

We brought Elli with us, Cheila was at school.

First we went to breakfast at Genies in Portland where Matt and I used to go when we were dating. It's down the street from where he lived.

Then we went to the Chinese Gardens, then the Rose Gardens.

It was fun and quite beautiful.

Cheila is officially 11 years old today.
I think she is actually turning 15 tomorrow. (Or maybe she thinks that.)
Anyway, I can't believe that I have a daughter that old. I guess that makes me old. That means that I turn 31 soon!!!!

Rainy Sunday

Well, Portland is doing what Portland does best.

Rain.

So... I have one bored girl on my hands. I told her to be creative. This is her being actively creative. Playing in the rain with goggles, wearing my thermal long underwear, and playing ball. She did have some dress-up heels on but I made her change shoes. (Hey, a girl loves to wear heels.)
